When you’re eating at Blue Ocean, you think that everything tastes amazing! But then the sodium and ridiculously high amounts of MSG kick in and you feel thirsty for DAYS! I am salt sensitive and have a mild allergy to some forms of MSG. I had a reaction to Blue Ocean’s MSG and was swollen for more than a day after. If sodium and MSG don’t bother you, then you’ll probably love this place. I don’t eat here anymore, but I still go for the Hong Kong style milk tea. Although very overpriced, it really does taste authentic and very well done! cookingwithalison.com
