FOOD:We had come here on a Sunday afternoon at around 2:30 pm for a quick snack. I had settled on the Medium Chocolate Frozen Yogurt ($4.85) from Yogen Frz, while my husband had settled on a Large Mango Bubble Tea Drink ($6.49), and our friend had chosen the Large Passion Fruit Bubble Tea Drink ($5.99). I had initially wanted the Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt however, they had told me that they had run out of fresh strawberries. The Chocolate Frozen Yogurt was okay however, I noticed that there was hardly any yogurt in the middle of the cup, which made it look large however, it was actually quite small when I began eating it. I was disappointed as I was hoping for a large amount since I was craving frozen yogurt. My husband and friend had noted how the bubble tea drinks were delicious and quite big considering the price that they had paid. Overall though, the frozen yogurt just didnt satisfy my cravings, and wasnt worth the price.ATMOSPHERE:This shop is located on the upper level of the Pacific Mall. It was very crowded when we were waiting to be served, and the line-up to order was very disorganized, with us being confused as to if it were our turn or not. Also, there were a lot of posters surrounding the shop itself, depicting the menu options, which made it confusing as to which poster to order from.SERVICE:When we were able to reach the front, a kind younger girl took our order. We then waited off to the side before our number was called, and our items were placed on the counter where many other people were waiting for their items as well. Seemed a bit too crowded and overwhelming for me as orders could have easily gotten mixed-up.COST:1 Chocolate Frozen Yogurt (Medium): $4.85 + 1 Mango Bubble Tea Drink (Large): $6.49 + 1 Passion Fruit Bubble Tea Drink (Large): $5.99 = $17.33 + $2.25 (Tax) = $19.60WOULD YOU RETURN?No; I didnt find the frozen yogurt worth the price that I had paid.
