Was looking for some Chinese fastfood but authentic Chinese fast food and not something you would get in Eaton Centre. I was impressed with this stall. The noodles was home made and fresh. There was an individual forming the dough of the noodles. Everything was very affordable. Should check it out if you are on a budget.

I love how they pull their own noodles here. My friend and I shared the pan fried pork dumplings and #17 on menu. The pan fried pork dumplings were really good. I also really enjoyed the flavour of the broth that came with the noodles. The only problem was the chicken. It was virtually tasteless unseasoned chicken by itself but once added to the broth it was a bit more flavourful.

Came here yesterday for lunch and was quite disappointed. Sun’s was not as portrayed by online comments and bloggers. I ordered a vegetarian hand-pulled noodle, my sister their seafood hand-pulled noodle, and my father their beef tendon hand-pulled noodle. Having ordered a vegetarian option, I won’t comment on the lack of the depth of the flavours but the noodles really were subpar. They were, for the most part, mushy and too thin, with the occasional odd large and undercooked strand. My sister and father found the same problem. The seafood broth was delicious and the shrimp was very fresh; unfortunately, the beef tendon likewise lacked in flavour and taste. Probably won’t return again, and instead spend my money exploring other options in the food court.

Mr Lindsay Mcwhinnie. Visited Sun’s Kitchen on Easter Sunday, ordered the #43 Kung Po Chicken/ cashew chicken. The sauce was delicious but the dish contained very little chicken in really small cubes and contained peanuts instead of cashews? The guy banging the noodles around might be entertaining for a first timer visiting Pacific mall. Better choices out there.

One of the reliable highest quality gems which always creates ultra fresh hand pulled noodles and other Chinese dishes. Their broth is to die for!
