  Large sized dine-in portions with no MSG.. I stop here when I feel like dine-in Chinese food as the place is usually quiet and the food comes fast. A chickenball and rice combo will run you a little over $11 which seems a little on the high side. For takeout, I recommend the other two places in town which are more established with larger portions (and ask for no MSG). I’ll enjoy Chen’s China House while it lasts but I don’t it sticking around.I always find it odd when places make you tip via credit/debit during your purchase before receiving any food or service.No Fortune cookie with your food unless you tip.

  We just moved to Uxbridge,thought we would try the local Chinese food.Worst food ever.Chicken fried rice was mush,mixed vegetables had a bad odor,chicken balls turned out to be chicken strips.Owners were in denial about anything wrong with their food.No Refund!.Threw out the entire order.Won’t be returning.

  I have stopped here twice to grab a kick bite. While I wasn’t impressed after my first visit, the second visit did nothing to change my mind. Both times my dish had minimal meat and sauce with very little taste. The chicken rice was the worst rice ever – I’m not even sure that it was rice!For take-out, we normally order from the other two places in town – which is where we will continue to order from. I can’t see China House surviving long term in this town. Best place for take-out? Cynthia’s in Newmarket – food should survive the drive and stay hot.

  Worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. Placed large order. Paid extra for deliver as we are outside of their normal delivery area. Food was absolutely horrible. Beef and onions had approx 2 ounces of beef, the remainder onions. Shrimp and Lobster sauce was pathetic. 6 shrimp in a sauce with zero flavour. We actually took the shrimp out and wiped off the sauce and dumped it out it was so bad. General Tso’s Chicken was overdone and hard as rock. I am assuming it was sitting under heat lamps for an hour or so. Even the steamed rice was lousy. The Singapore Special Mey Fung were not bad. Could have been spicier but nothing wrong with them. The sent all of 2 Soy Sauce packets for an $80 dollar order. We had ordered form these guys when they first opened up and it was pretty decent. Not great but better than we expected. This last time was a shockingly bad. Not a chance that I would order from them again. It was nothing short of a rip off in every way. Sad actually as I like to support local business but there is no way I can justify spending money on a poor product like this regardless of where they are located.We will go back to driving over 30 minutes teach way to Mandarin in Newmarket for our Chinese food. It’s a long haul but the food is consistently good and you get loads of it in each container. we spend $90 there and it lasts for 3 meals for a family of 4. The food we ordered last night was eaten by 2 adults and there is maybe enough left for a small lunch for 2 people.My wife and I have said several times again this morning that it was the worst Chinese food we have ever eaten.
