Best pizza in Vanier and super fast delivery, although I live quite nearby. It’s atrocious that these guys are rated a 3.2 considering the awful mass-market pizza options in this city. I’ve been ordering from these guys coming on four years now and plan to continue. Very doughy and cheesy: this ain’t thin crust.This is a pizza joint though: I’d stick there and not the subs/salads/other stuff they offer.

Freaking awesome pizza! The cheese is distinct, great flavour on every pizza I’ve ever had, go there all the time. Looking to drown your sorrows in pizza-y goodness? One of the best non-chain places around, hands down. Staff are a couple of awesome friendly dudes who are really fun to talk to.

Our go-to place for pizza. Pizza Marya has been our go-to place for pizza since we moved to the neighbourhood in January 2011. We like to encourage local businesses (as opposed to chain restaurants) so we tried that one. What a good idea! If you’re looking for great tasting, fairly thick and very cheesy (in a good way!) pizza, this is it . The sauce tastes great and the pizza is always nice and golden, neither burnt nor undercooked. You won’t find gourmet toppings here, and this pizza is faily thick (not thin crust), but you can’t go wrong with it when what you need is filling, stick to your bones basic pizza. We go with the combination (pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms), and it definitely hits the spot. The few other items we tried have been hit or miss (like a Caesar salad made with iceberg lettuce, faux bacon bits and drowning in bottled dressing), but if you stick with pizza, you can’t go wrong with Pizza Marya.
Consistently delish! The pizza sauce is fragrant with herbs, the greek food is quite good and very reasonably priced…the clincher is the fantastic authentic fatouche salad with sumac and citrus dressing, goes perfectly with all the great junkfood!
