Not great.. I ordered dinner for two with egg rolls, ribs, chicken chow mein and chicken fried rice. The egg rolls were okay, the ribs were good, but the chicken chow mein and chicken fried rice were tasteless. I had to put a lot of soy sauce on to get any flavour. Also, very salty! I’ve been drinking so much water since yesterday because I’m crazy thirsty!! The delivery was fast, but the driver arrived without the 2 soft drinks I ordered and didn’t know that I had already paid. He had the bill with my credit info on it so he didn’t insist I pay again, but then didn’t give me the bill. So I called the restaurant and had them cancel and re-charge me without the drinks. It was obvious they were either very busy or poorly organized. Not a great first impression. I think I’ll stick with Mandarin from now on.
Poor customer service again!. My husband and I were giving Peach Gardens a second chance and I can honestly say we are truly disappointed. I won’t even bother with discussing our first experience but today seals the deal for me and any future ordering from this establishment.We placed an order at 5:00pm. At 6:20pm I called to see if the food was coming and the person who answered said there driver was having trouble in traffic. It had snowed a fair bit today so I completely understand if this was the problem. I think that most establishments would have called by this point to say that they were having a problem with there delivery, this was not the case. I offered to come pick it up and upon arrival I received a very insincere apology and a box of terrible food that cost me an arm and a leg. The chicken balls were soggy, the egg rolls were burnt, chicken fried rice was honestly the worst I have ever had and the spicy beef dish was just ok. I asked the woman if the food had been sitting there the whole time and she said it had not and that they just packaged it up. It clearly had been upon opening. I am not looking for a free meal and I am certainly not a fan of writing these reviews but I decided on giving them a second chance because they rate over 80% on this website and I would hate for somebody to waste there time on this venue when there are much better in and around the area.

Really tasty. I just ordered from Peach Gardens for lunch to be delivered to a hospital nearby, and service-wise, they were more than accommodating to the situation. The food is really good and my father who is Cantonese also really liked it, which is a testimonial in itself.
The food is very good! It is priced very well and it they delivered the food super fast! I would reccomend this place to anyone and everyone! Possibly one of the best chinese food restaurants i’ve been to in Ottawa.

DISGUSTING!!! Do not waste your money on this garbage! Sounds harsh but that’s where the food went 5 minutes after it was delivered to our door. I ordered the hot and sour soup. The broth was more like gelatinous gravy. The general Tao chicken was the exact same. I have had really amazing Chinese food, and this is not it. I actually wonder how this place stays in business!?!?!? Do not do it!!!!!!
