I have been to the BIP many times and have never been let down! From great Fish and Chips, to salads to wings! The beers are crazy and Derek can make you up any drink you would like! I have been a Customer Care Manager for over 10 years, and the service here is always top notch and the conversation is always fun, unique and never forced!Even the events are fun from, speed dating -psychics-to great music!Do your self a favor and drop by B.I, P and you wont be disappointed!
Poor experience. I work nearby and many people choose to go here. Group of 6 of us ordered hamburgers and they were the saltiest things I’ve ever tasted. None of us could take another bite. When the next orders came out (20 min later) the patty was completely different and I could recognize the meat from Loblaws PC brand that I frequently BBQ (which is walking distance from the restaurant). The stew was served cold and I got a whole 1 piece of fish with the fish and chips…for 9 dollars. Portions and pricing as well as food quality need to improve!
Liked the food.. My partner and I live just down the road from the Black Irish Pub. My partner loves the fish and chips and she is very picky. I have been trying everything on the menu as it is my corner pub. My favorite foods are the curry meat balls, the fish and chips and the steak special sandwich that they have every so often. I have had the wings twice and did not like the results. This pub is worth the trip and we do so often!Thanks!Ian
Horrible experience, half the menu was not available and despite having a number of signs about half price apps, this option was not honored. Food was greasy and cold and overall not good. Stuffing pouting was very soggy and not edible
Supper. Had the beer marinated wings baked and tossed in hot sauce. Wings were meaty, not dry at all, good sized. Service was quick, efficient and friendly.
