I can understand the part of my new employee not knowing how to properly use Groupon, . We as owners ( 3 partners father and 2 sons) are around everyday, multiple times a day. No. This place has it’s priorities confused. I don’t understand how a poutine place can have such bad fries. They tasted like 2 day old reheated potatoes. And don’t tell me it was an off day, they should not have served them. It ruined it. I will admit the toppings were unique and flavourful but it’s a poutine place. Bad fries are inexcusable.

Best poutine in Ottawa!. As anyone who knows will tell you, this is the best poutine in the city! Whether you’re craving a traditional poutine, such as their classic large poutine with extra cheese and their homemade brown gravy, or you’re looking for a specialty poutine, such as the Lebanese poutine, Greek poutine, Italian poutine, pizza poutine, breakfast poutine, or my personal favourite, the Canadian Poutine (beef, bacon, onions, mushrooms, fries, curds, brown sauce), you can’t go wrong with this place. Serge and his staff are the warmest and most inviting people, and they sure can brew up some good grub! I’ve been going there for years, and will continue to be going for years to come.
