PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. THEY TOLD ME , AN INDIGENOUS PERSON TO NEVER NEVER COME BACK AND MY FRENCH FRIEND . Before closing time at 10 PM they were kicking my friend and I out by 9:30 PM. Mopping the floors around us and kindly asking us to finish our drinks. Then as closing time approached they got more ignorant. They were not very respectful about it. As an indigenous person who is a respectful person in the community they kicked me out and told me and my friend to never to come back. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone indigenous or not. I am not able to go back and I recommend you to never go to these ignorant but good food Arabic Vanier Grill restaurant. If the owner, an ignorant and facety man and his niece the same way were respectful to Indigenous people I would be kind. All he cares about is the money in his pocket. I spent a good $65 on good food and drinks with my French friend.
If you enjoy an atmosphere where the owner of the establishment yells at you when you ask for a new beer because the one you ordered at 11:30 am on a Sunday is flat… then by all means, this is the place for you.
