Peter and the staff at XXI Chop make everyone feel like VIPs. The ambiance is slightly loud, but exciting and adventurous. I am a martini fan, and there are few places that shake a martini exactly the way that I like it, but they made it to my particular needs like they do it all day long. It was so good that I was tempted to order a second, but I am wiser than that now. The food is to die for! I had the small filet mignon and it literally melted in my mouth, although their version of small is more like my version of large. I was pleasantly stuffed when I finished it, even though I didn’t think I would be able to. My fiance ordered another cut and although she likes her meat well done, she said it was tender, moist and flavourful like no other steak that she has had. They explained that the meat was so tender because of their aging process. All I can say is that it was well worth the drive to the quaint hamlet of Kleinburg. I will be back this Friday with more friends and recommend that you try this just once. You will be coming back too.
