Absolutely disappointing. Indian food is usually very flavorful, but this was some of the most bland Indian food I’ve had. Save your money for real Indian food!We had two veg dishes (saag paneer and chenna masala) and both tasted nothing liked they were supposed to. We could not taste the usual spices in the dishes– either there were some missing or there just wasn’t enough.Usually Indian restaurants serve flavorful rice (e.g. saffron rice) but the basmati rice served here was just steamed, and did not add anything to the other bland dishes. On the plus side, it was free with each dish.The naan did not look or taste homemade.We didn’t mind the veg samosas, but even these could be more flavorful.
Yuck!. Poor flavours… hardly ate any of it!Have lived in the UK for the last 4 years so perhaps I’ve been spoilt with my currys but this was not good.
Nommerz. I had the Karala Fish Curry and Naan. It was absolutely delicious, no complaints.
Lunch. We arrived at 12 noon the opening time and found that it was not open. A twenty minute wait in the restaurant while they were sweeping the floor and tiding the place for set up. Then the service was indifferent. The place was cold although we asked to warm the place a bit. Lots of things were not on the menu were not available so we opted for masala dosai, which was good except for the sambar. It is a pity that we will not go there again and we will advice of group of this decision.
Outstanding! We decided to try something new and chose Classic Indian, what a wonderful choice. The staff were friendly, the food outstanding, with the best soup I have had in a long time. We will be back.
My wife I ordered butter chicken and the shrimp korma for dinner (take out) for the first time. Both meals left something to be desired.The dishes were lacking any flavour. We will not be returning customers.
Awesome Lunch Buffet!. This is a great spot for a quick lunch during a work day. The buffet was a wonderful assortment of things you usually don’t see on their regular menu and had a wonderful assortment of curries. Don’t forget to grab the ice cream on your way out!!
