Love this place! Cheap and quick breakfast! The servers have worked there for years, they remember you, your order, what you like! This is truly a hidden gem in Ottawa!
This place is one of my dad’s favorite greasy spoon breakfast places. And he likes his cheap breakfasts.That being said, I wasn’t personally impressed. The bacon was good. The rest of breakfast was what you’d expect from a greasy spoon. But what really stuck with me, and the reason I probably won’t be back, is the pancakes. I like me some pancakes. These tasted like they were frozen eggo toaster pancakes. They were small, dense, and hard.I also tried going for dinner and got their chicken parmagiana. Nothing special really, mediocre, average quality.If you aren’t a pancake person and you like a simple standard breakfast, the price here is good and it might be your thing. It just wasn’t for me.
Be careful I just ordered mixed finger food plate now I have the runs big time, the wings were cooked last night and reheated or another night, be careful
