Bad service and constant wrong orders. The waitress didn’t stop by my table once during my meal then came took my plate and asked me if I wanted the bill. I told her actually I’d like more coffee as I had been waiting for my whole meal. No one was there but she refused to look at my table and I felt rushed out. The breakfast was okay nothing special. The fruit wasn’t fresh just mushy. Aside from this experience I have ordered pizza there and other things like burgers only to realize when I get home it isn’t what I ordered missing toppings I asked for most of the time and also missing toppings that were supposed to be there on the pizza. Overall not a very good restaurant If you like good service and correct orders.

Excellent. /what more can I say – one of the best places to eat in Ottawa. The service is fast, the prices are great, the servers are happy and so are we.
Awful restaurant. Food was terrible; really low quality food and not very clean. Won’t be going back. Pizza was the specialty but there was way too much cheese for me and the meat was nowhere to be found!
Think twice!. Decided to try the new location. What a mistake. Ordered a salad which our server said they always serve to the client. She dumped a goodly amount on the table and thenscraped it up and removed it….Mmmm, not full value for our money, nomology offered nor any adjustment on the bill. We used to take our family of three sons to the former Newport for pizza that was really delist. Despite being assured the same guys were making the pizza now at Donna’s Express, we were very disappointed and will not be going back. The crust was somewhat thinner yet it was not cooked through. The amount of toppings was dismal…..we ordered our usual Newport Special. Quality has fallen as has the quantity. Please ask your servers to wash their hands after they have coughed or sneezed…We do not precise the lack of hygiene by our particular server. Barely worth a two star……quite a tumble from what it was in the past. Sorry Mod and Donna, can no longer recommend your food or your venue. No notice given as to the change of heights on entering…..tripped three times and I was dead sober.
