It wouldn’t be fair to review their food because we didn’t stay and eat. We made reservations online and asked for a window seat. When we arrived the place was practically empty and we sat at the big window that overlooks Churchill & Richmond Rd. It was a nice evening, not too hot and not too cold. To our surprise, the window was closed for the evening because they had the air conditioning on. If you could call it air conditioning. We had a glass of water which was warm and looked around at the terribleambience of the place and decided to leave. We went across the street to Vittoria in the Village. Good move on our part.
I was pleasantly impressed. The outside isn’t as nice as the inside at all. I really like the ambiance of this place. It feels like a Montreal cafe. We came for brunch and had the eggs Benedict and French toast. Both meals were wonderful. The coffee was good which is important for me since most breakfast places serve terrible coffee. I would definitely recommend
Waiting for your food more than 1 hr is a very bad service. I waited around 1 and 45 mins. If you see this place too busy, its not because it is good. It is because people have to wait too long to be served. Never coming back. NOT RECOMMENDALBE.
Best casual diner ever. Amazing service. Top notch burger, but my fave is the moules frites. Lovely wines. And beer on tap is varied and delicious.
Decent breakfast, beautiful interior, eggs florentine lacks flavour and the home fries were dry. Croissant was fresh and flaky, best part of the brunch. Wasted potential describes this restaurant perfectly, prices are also decent.
Good food and well presented but the problem it is a limited menu. Service is good the place is clean and neet. So limited menu is the down side.bathroom not clean.
Really enjoyed this place. My new favourite spot in Ottawa. Service was great, timing of food was perfect…allowing time for a drink and a chat, food was enjoyed by all, decor was lovely, and the brasserie vibe was bang on.
