This place has the best burgers I’ve ever had. The only down-side is that they are always busy; I suppose others agree with me.
Ordered 2 Starr burgers apparently they’re made in house but the other burger they offer isn’t. Why you would have the option is odd. The Starr burger was dense and over cooked and the fries weren’t blanched long enough leaving them raw and crunchy in the centre. If I wasn’t at home eating this waste of money I would have asked for my money back. The lady at the cash couldn’t even do simple math giving the excuse she had been their all day and it was only 4 pm. If you’re looking for a great burger try a place that cooks them on a griddle it sears and locks the juices in the meat.
2 cheeseburgers and 2 onion rings. We ordered two of the the star burger with cheese and two large onion ring. The price was just over $20. This was the worst hamburger and onion rings I have had. both the burgers were way over cooked and very very dry. Pretty much like chewing saw dust. The onion rings were cooked way too long, all were hard as rocks. We could not believe how few onion rings were in this large order. I would hate to see how many would be in a small order.This was my second time at this burger place in 3 months. The first visit was just as bad but we thought we would give it another shot. Our recommendation, don’t waste your money at this place, it really is not worth it.
The best burger I have ever had!. We visited on a Friday evening around 7 pm. We each ordered a star burger, I had fries, my partner had onion rings. We both agree, the best burger that we ever had. The onion rings were also amazing. I ordered my fries well done, I like them crispy.We are stuffed, great experience, and highly recommend that you give it a try!Greg and Angela

Feels like an oil change. Lots of grease from the burger n onion ring. the batter of the onion ring is way too thick, oil is old n that’s all i can taste.
Great poutine, great service. I am a poutine queen and i have tried all the poutines across the land – starr burger, hands down, has the best poutine. the ingredients are fresh and the ratio of gravy to cheese to fry is perfect. the staff are super sweet. go now!
