Good pizza sometimes, but horrible customer service. Have often ordered from Toppers due to its location in Whitby and due to liking their pizza when all things go right. However, it is when things go wrong with an order that you see how they lack in customer service.My most recent order for my family was 2 pizzas, boneless wings, cheese breads etc 2 weeks ago, total came to about $65, and this is a monthly meal for us. However, one pizza didn’t come with sauce, not too little sauce, not sauce spread to thin.. NO SAUCE. When I called and mentioned about it I was told that because all the other toppings were correct they could only offer me a $5 credit. This was unbelievable to me, the sauce is a key part of the pizza. Would you just throw all the toppings in a bag and say all the toppings are there but because the crust is the only part missing it is ok? I could understand if it was a topping missing, which has happened before, but the fact that there was no sauce is completely different.After arguing and finally giving up with the person on the phone at the store, I decided I would call head office to see if there was any option there. They told me to call the store manager directly. I have since left 3 phone messages over the last two weeks and still have not heard back.There are other more reliable places to order from that seem to care about their customers. I will take the $1,000 or so a year I spend on pizza to them instead of toppers from now on.

The Be………..st Pizzza. I tried this pizza in oct 2012 at Whitby location. I will say it is really advertised correct on their logo – as it is ‘ Amazingly delicious ‘. I have been ordering every week from them – great service, test and value for your money. I will give100 out of 100.
There are others to try. Mediocre pizza. Pizza Nova at Garden far surpasses the quality of Toppers. The place is also run down looking and the staff always seem cranky and disinterested when I go to pick up my order.
