Tea Time!!!. If only it were tea time every day. I LOVE Phidellias. The service, the atmosphere, the food and the teas are all outstanding. Great prices, and enormous portions! The tea is excellent, and the food is AMAZING. From the greatest scones known to man, to the most delicious salads and meals, to the most wonderful desserts, this restaurant has quality and home-baking written all over it!
