Drive thru is very slow, I waited 20 min and still got short changed. I know they are looking to hire more staff but they really need to figure out how to run a drive thru properly.
Unfortunately you rarely get what you order. It’s disappointing to get home/work to not have what you asked for.A few staff in the drive through don’t speak. Customer service needs to be a bigger factor.
Service pretty good you can get through the drive thru fast won free coffee and love their apple fritter
This is one of the better Tim Horton’s drive throughs They are fast and efficient.The staff is very good.
if you need to stop for a quick coffee and bagel, you know you can count on Tim Hortons – this one is located beside Castle Kilbride in Baden, very pretty location, if you have time take a stroll around the castle grounds.
