Worst food and service ever. They have a menu item basil eggplant there is no basil in the dish anywhere. Ask for extra sprouts they put none. The sauces on three dishes all taste the same. like gravy. when confronted they said they never put basil in the basil eggplant. Will never return. they should be closed.
What you’d expect, great food but mediocre environment. Title says it all. The food is very good (Recommend the vegetable pad thai with tofu) The establishment itself could use some work, though it didn’t bother me, I have heard many complaints about it.
WORST SERVICE & FOOD. Worst service ever!!! Food was disgusting. I pre-ordered 5 dishes ahead of time, but we got the food 45 minutes later.I found out through my friends that it does not matter you pre order or not, you will get food 45 mins later. Seriously, how long does it take to make that noodle!!!!!!!!!!I ordered chicken pad thai and taste like noodle with ketchup sauce on it! I was unhappy and very upset . I never suggest basil court place to you. Please go somewhere nicer.
Had great expectations but was completely LET DOWN!! Chicken Pad Thai tasted like I was eating noodles covered in marinara sauce. If I wanted Italian, I would have ordered Italian. Such a let down.

Overly priced but good service. Prices are decent for Canada but the food isn’t that great. I do enjoy the vegetable pad Thai with added tofu though. I have gone back a few times for this. And the beer is decently priced again for Canada. So in summary if you find yourself trapped in Windsor you’ll find there aren’t exactly a lot options for dining out so you might as well try this place as its the only one i’ve actually gone back to (but don’t bother with other dishes!)Be aware that it is down a creepy looking staircase but its perfectly fine once you get down to the restaurant itself.
First time to Basil Court… Decor needs some flow to it, but place is clean and the food is amazing! Had the shrimp pad thai it was the best ive ever had! Very impressed.
