Cheese Wheelz WAS our weekly pizza place for over 2 years. However, over the past 6 months or so, the quality of pizza and customer service has declined so rapidly we are no longer customers of our once favourite restaurant. The once perfect pizza is now either burnt, under cooked, has the wrong toppings, or is missing the signature garlic glaze on the crust. The customer service has gone from bad to worse, with our orders frequently being over an hour late at any given location. Several employees have raised their voices or yelled at myself or other family members when we have politely asked to cancel our order after waiting to pick up in our car for over 35 minutes past the pick-up time. Management does not return customer calls regarding these concerns. I have called and left messages and sent emails, with no reply. After writing a review on their Facebook page, the option to write a review has been removed from their page altogether (as many people began to give negative reviews) and I was personally blocked from commenting on their Facebook page. I can only speculate there has been a change in ownership or management, as only that can explain the drastic decline in their business in such a short period of time. It is truly disappointing, as it WAS the best pizza place in Windsor. We are now on the hunt for a new weekly favourite.
Utter garbage!. This place is disgusting. Chuck e cheeses has more going for it. The first time my boyfriend and I ordered , they completely forgot about our pizza despite placing the order an hour before closing time. The owner offered us a free fries. We ordered again and our pizza came back burnt black and took two hours!! We called to complain and guess what? NO RESPONSE back..suprise, suprise…I would be ASHAMED to feed anyone food like that, let alone charge for it!! Soggy, gross, horrible pizza and service.Don’t waste your time and money,
Awesome Pizza. Love their pizza, with the thick garlicky crust. Beware though they have opened several stores and not all are of the same quality. They are good when they first open while one of the owners are there, but as soon as they leave the quality seem to decline. The one on Dougall is the most consistent. Although there are two closer to my home, I will go out of my way to go to the Dougall store. I do not recommend their loaded garlicky fries, first they are baked in an oven (not crispy), skimpy on the cheese and meat toppings. Stick with the pizza it is amazing.
Horrible customer service. Worst experience i have ever had. owner actually acknowleged phone being off the hook for 20 minutes. pizza was over cooked and cold . when you call to complain to the sarcastic owner you get a free garlic bread on a 45.00 order . dont bother. try your luck some other place that actually cares about the customer.
Poor quality and very little topings. We ordered a supper pizza with extra cheese and thin crust.It was the worst $29.00 I’ve ever spent. A $5.00 frozen pizza you can buy in shoppers is way better in my opinion.Do not waste your money or time with this place.
Used to be really good but ever since it expanded and hired ransoms students the quality of the pizza is crap. Too much topping and really soggy
OK.. Expensive. Garlic crust is good. Too many toppings for my liking.
