Won’t be ordering again… I have continued going to Cheese Wheelz despite their long wait times in the past but that will end after my experience tonight. I called and ordered a pizza at 730pm, the person taking my order gave me the wrong total and I had to call back and correct her with the price on the website. She said the pizza would take an hour to be delivered. An hour and a half rolls by and still no pizza, we called and right off the bat the guy who answered went on a spiel about how they were out of dough and to call another location. We explained to him that we had ordered a pizza almost 1.5hrs before and were still waiting. He told us that the delivery guy got backed up and that they had thrown a new pizza in for us and it would be here in a couple minutes. Past the 2 hour mark we called back questioning if we were even getting a pizza and the guy tells us the delivery guy came knocked on our door a bunch of times and no one came to the door. It’s halloween we had our door open ALL night and were sitting right by it waiting for kids and pizza.. Got the trick or treaters but no pizza. Loved their pizza but won’t be going back after that service.ps. currently enjoying a big mac. thanks mcds

Everything said by previous reviews are correct. The pizza is good, not great. They load the toppings on and have a great product but their crust is so thick that you can only eat a couple pieces. The price isn’t the best and the service lacks. The employees spend too much time having fun talking to each other that the service suffers. Order times get extended because they’re too busy talking or texting on their phones to each other. I like that it’s a fun, friendly atmosphere but they need to remember that our time is valuable and their service includes acknowledging that fact. Good product, would like a thinner crust and the priority being to get their good product out in a timely fashion.
EASILY the best pizza I’ve had in Windsor! The toppings are huge! They didn’t simply put thinly sliced ham on our pizza, they put full chunks on top, not to mention the full cut up strips of bacon (mmmmmm bacon…….). Did I mention the garlic crust? Need I say more?! Order a pizza now!
Never staffed right. Owner …. Never staffed right.Owner was working one day. I was standing in line waiting for her to serve me, she answered her iPhone and took a friends order before mine.The pizza isn’t great.
Service was awful, stood waiting 10 mins. for the party boys to stop their conversation. They gave me the wrong pizza and the panzerotti was cold and had to be microwaved in order to eat it. I will stick to the original cheese wheelz in Tecumseh.
