BEST pizza in Windsor hands down. We have tried 5 other popular pizza joints and Comos was by far the most delicious. VERY reasonably priced and the owners are SO friendly. So happy we finally have found our pizza place 🙂
PIZZA FOR THE TROOPS. The year was 1977 and it was my first year away from home. 18yrs old Stationed in Calgary Alberta in Currie Barracks with the PPCLI.My best friend, knowing I was a little homesick and remembering all the times we would go to Como’s after a high school football game at Windsor Stadium (we lived in South Windsor) put four Large pizza’s from COMO’s made but uncooked on the Air Canada flight out of Windsor (back when we had Jet Service, DC-9, Windsor, Winnipeg, Calgary). I picked up at the airport, the Cooks in the Mess hall put em in the Oven and I shared em with the other members of A Company who were still in barracks over Christmas. Best pizza I ever had. Alberta still doesn’t know how to make pizza, but I still remember Como’s phone # 966-4242.I never learned the name of the Grey haired gentleman who always was there, making the pizza’s but he knew all us neighbourhood kids. Always a smile and a thank you when you picked up your pizza.My buddy told me he only ordered one, but after he explained why he wanted them uncooked, the Owner added three more.What more can you say about a place that valued customers more than the bottom line.
VERY friendly and welcoming. I recommend the wings and bread sticks .. Will not be disappointed ! Pizza is okay , its not very good as leftovers (we all know we keep leftovers of pizza lol) so eat it fresh . They also have a nutella pizza , try that for sure ! Overall its great , and fair priced .

Fantastic pizza. Great crust and fresh ingredients makes a huge difference in taste and quality. Prices are super cheap too!! The only place I’ll order from.
I use to live in east Windsor, now I moved to south Windsor. Not only is the pizza in the south end superior, but Como’s dominates above all. They’re crust is better, the sauce is better and the toppings are very fresh… nothing canned. I recommend this place if you want to taste real Italian home made pizza.
