Pasta soup is a new thing. Went to Cramdon’s since they moved to their new location by the stag shop. I remember always getting quality pub food at a reasonable price. Now I don’t know who’s cooking or what kind of turnover happened since then, but the food is less than remarkable. I ordered the fettucini alfredo. I remember it being delicious and creamy when I last ordered it years ago. I know I wasn’t eating at erie street or anything fancy. But a frozen michelinas would have been 10 times better. It was like someone poured hot water over the cooked pasta and added some cream and garlic. It was so gross. I couldn’t even salvage it after bringing it home and putting franks red hot sauce. My significant other ordered the reuben. That was slightly better, but the only the thing worth eating between our two meals were the onion rings. So the next time I go to Cramdons, I will stick to the drinks. I don’t think they can screw that up.
Worst food I’ve had in a long time. Flat beer, mushy fries and greasy, pan fried burger. Atmosphere would have been ok at best but we were too distracted at the loud music which wasn’t even on a station so we got to enjoy static laden Bon Jovi (I think). We’ll never set foot in here again
