So I worked here a while ago. I had a horrible experience. The owner was rude and some of the managers. The food is okay so I have been told it is disappointing for the price… By numerous people. They over work their employees who work for minimum wage and it is a very stressful environnement. In my opinion they verbally bully alot of their employees which is why many people don’t stay there long. I definitely enjoyed eating here before I started to work there. Also it takes forever to be served.
We had a dreadful experience. Told the wait to be seated was 10-15 min. Half an hour later we were seated. We both ordered soup with our meals. My husband was served 2 bowls while I sat and sipped tea. Was told they were just heating mine up. 20 min. later, I was told it would be ready in 3 min. 10 min. later I received it. Then the main course arrived. It must have sat out while I waited for my soup, because it was tepid and dried out. Complained to the waitress., who said she would relay our complaints. Received no discount off the bill for all the waiting , and substandard food. Will not return.

Great waitress, bad situation. Management needs a complete overhaul! Our group was seated in a section BEFORE our waitress had started her shift! We waited 15 minutes for drinks, even longer for food. When asking about some missing items, the manager snapped back that she only has two hands… Interesting response. Overall, seems like they overseat tables and really screw their waitstaff who then take the brunt of dissatisfaction.
Went here on family day and it was very busy. We waited for a table and then it was at least 15min before the waitress took our drink order. The milkshake was watery and the pasta was undercooked and hardly any sauce on it. The dishes were extremely overpriced for what they were. If you want cheap chain restaurant food, go to Kelsey’s or something, if you’re looking for good pasta go to the old Pit for Pasta.
