Disgusting: Head chef often smokes while preparing or cooking food. i worked here for 2 months and this is why you shouldn’t eat here:-food often comes into contact with filthy surfaces-there is cigarette ash in the food-they evade taxes.-they pay their employees below minimum wage. I quit after they refused to raise my pay from $8/hr (illegal) to minimum wagei hope after the community realizes how disgusting the conditions are, that they stop eating here.p.s. if you’re ordering on a holiday expect it to be very late.

Always Great. I have now been to Fong’s Villa countless times and have been very satisfied each and every time. The food is always cooked fresh and flavoured, seasoned or spiced as requested. My wife who happens to be a Chinese food snob says that it’s the only really good Chinese in Windsor (she’s from Michigan). The staff/owners are very friendly and after a couple of visits to Fong’s you’ll feel like a welcomed regular. Always a great meal thanks to the Fong Family.
