Best Naan. I love experimenting with my own indian dishes, BUT I always order Indian Palace’s Naan!! Its amazing!!! It’s not quite like the ones you can buy from the store, you can tell it is homemade and fresh! My personal favourites are coriander, potato, and garlic. Mmmmmm
Over priced. This was my favourite Indian restaurant. Although the food always tastes good, the small potion sizes, inconsistent service, and decor do notatch the high prices.
Pretty bad delivery experience. I ordered online and was told the food would be here in 45 min. They called me back a half hour later to re-confirm the order (they already confirmed with me online) because I was paying cash. They told me then, the food hadn’t been started yet. Once the food finally got here, I realized the mains didn’t come with rice. Given the prices and the general practice for Indian spots I assumed they would; my fault I guess, but I think it may be prudent for them to clearly advertise this on their menu. I asked for the highest level of heat when they ask how I would like it spiced, but there was almost no heat in either dish. Lastly, the naan was quite small and thin.All in all it came to over $40.00 for 2 small portions of sauce (for which I had to make my own rice), 2 small naans, and 3 pops. The food was pretty tasty, I’ll give them that. I felt ripped off for what I got though. Taste Of India Tandoori on University is way better IMHO.
