proportion was not good for meal. got the sliced beef with mushroom, it was more like mushrooms with sliced beef. very little beef with too many mushrooms. ordered dozens of times from them before this time was very disappointing. always when I ordered food came piping hot, this time it was too cool, like luke-warm. Spring rolls were always hot, this time they weren’t. I also noticed that they added carrots to the sliced beef with mushroom in which I never saw them in the order in the past since I started ordering from them since like 10+ years ago. I called back after receiving my order and the person. on the phone did nothing at all to rectify the issue except for making and excuse that they got new cooks in the kitchen. was really disappointed. contemplating on never ordering from them again.

Which was great because I was craving it the next day anyways. The szhechuan dishes are great. Need to ask for true spicy taste though. The regular spiciness is more like sweet and sour. But the extreme spicy was apparently completely separately made from the regular due to different sauce. And having that in the combo with it mixed with the rice tasted wonderful. Will go again.
Worst Wait Stuff Ever!!. We went here on our father’s birthday there were 15 of us in total didn’t want to put our round table next together, also we ordered 15 spring rolls, not knowing there were 2 types of them, waitress didn’t tell me about it made me sound it was my fault that I had to let her know which one I wanted, she didn’t give me an option which one I wanted, assumimg there nwas on 1 kind, everybody including myself didn’t like it at all and we let the staff know, and told us we still have to pay for it regardless if we like it or not, she was very rude and so as the manager, didn’t offer any alternative or how they could serve as better. We will never go back to this restaurant ever again!
Worst customer service. Food is good but AWFUL customer service. The manager is rude, not just to customers but to her staff as well. Everyone was running around like a chicken with their head cut off. I will never eat here again. They not only made me feel unwelcomed but uncomfortable as well (the entire time) My suggestion? Do not eat here. The food does not out way the terrible experience.

Absolutely ridiculous! they gave me raw chicken balls amd refused to do anything about it or exchange it and continued to argue with me saying it was cooked. it was not I have worked in a restaurant and can promise you that it was not. I would not recommended this place to a inmate on death row.
