NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I will start this off by saying that I eat here regularly. That being said I am completely disgusted with the customer service at Li’s. It’s completely pathetic. I ordered 60 plus dollars worth of food including 2 orders of general Tao’s chicken and the chicken was ridiculously spicy. Yes I know general tao’s chicken is a hot and spicy dish but it was literally so spicy that as I sit here neither my husband nor I have taken more than one bite. This is not regular hot and spicy. My husband called the restaurant only to come across the least helpful employee one could possibly come in contact with. Ken I’m talking about you. After disdainfully suggesting that maybe we can’t handle spicy food. He refused to make our order right. My husband has had this dish no less than 50 times but I guess Ken must have thought we were trying to weasel a free meal out of him? Just a hint Tim Hortons has this philosophy just make it right! I’m planning to tell as many people as possible about this and we will speak to your manager. Hopefully they will have more customer service skills than Ken did.
Great Lunch Spot. I’ve only been to Li’s for lunch. They have a great list of lunch specials that include the entree, choice of soup, fried rice and an egg roll. They have some standards on the lunch special list but also some meals I didn’t expect to see like the spicy garlic eggplant with minced chicken. I love this dish! The spice level is great and it’s light enough that I don’t get too full from this huge lunch. The hot and sour soup is hotter than most (which I like) and it has shrimp in it! Good service and great food.
