Unfortunately the failures at this restaurant are for the most part out of the hands of the employees. The policies for the way their food is prepared are made to save money for the company. Because of that, the food and customer suffer. Their pizza sauce is probably the best around. They put so little cheese that sometimes you open the box and there’s bare spots (the result of only being allowed to use a set measured amount). In trying to become a quick-serve fast food restaurant, they make pizza and leave it to sit in a warmer for way too long sometimes (Hot’n’Ready). The quality of their food, pizzas especially, has declined so much that I will not eat there anymore. It’s very upsetting as they had a great product. Their pizza crust is like cardboard texture and no flavour. Their cheese has no taste, probably because of how little you get. Their topping taste cheap and not much flavour either. I would second guess going to any locations, not just this one. It’s not the employees fault though so please don’t take out any anger on them. Complaints should be sent right to the top corporate office. Good luck, hopefully if you eat here you get it fresh out of he oven.
