My favorite restaurant in Windsor. The food is out of this world. Order several dishes and share. I have been here many times and I have never been disappointed. Nice atmosphere, friendly servers and great food. See you again in April.
This review is based on my experience during lunch specials. In order to fully experience what Mazaar offers, I strongly suggest you to skip their lunch and just go for dinner. Even though the price during lunch seems to be reasonable, the food was just OK.The dinning room looks plushy and gorgeous even in the afternoon but I can imagine how grand and sparkly it looks in the evening. With only 1 waitress and a lunch crowd, everything just felt so rushed. Or maybe I was in a rush myself too.Though love those freshly baked mini pita bread!Definitely would come back for dinner next time I am in town. But for now, it is a 3 star in my book!
Do Takeout!. Food – 4.5 Ambiance – 3.5 Service – 5I went on a quiet night to grab something to eat before class, ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich with fries, water & a latte. Didn’t have to wait to long for my order to be prepared so I skimmed through the menu which was fairly generous & reasonably priced& when I took my first bite was thoroughly satisfied. They’ll be serving alcohol soon so here’s to upgrading the decor is meh in relation to the cuisine but this is the location on campus so it’s meant to be low key.
Not worth the money. I went for lunch, I paid $50, the food quality was bad, the chicken were dry, and the amount of food I got, was very little. cheap food and high price.
Excellent food, very slow service. Went there with group of 10-12 people for lunch. Made a reservation, so no problems with getting the table, but after we all ordered, there was at least a 35-40 minute wait to get our food, which was difficult on a 1 hour lunch. I would recommend calling ahead with your order when you make the reservation so that your food can be prepared ahead of time if you are on a tight lunch schedule and with a large group. The food was very good, the meat tender and perfectly cooked, the hummus was smooth and delicious, babaganoush was excellent, and the pitas were fresh and plentiful.
Awesome. You have to eat here. Great service, great food and great atmosphere. Funky too. Need to get a craft beer on tap.
Not recommended. Took My Parents there for Fathers Day dinner. It was My Dad’s First time and last. We heard it was good but won’t be going back. The service was Ok . The portions are small and pretty expensive for what you get. The Rice was cold the baked Kibbi had a terrible smell, the meat inside was bad, we sent it back. My family will not go back. If we want mid eastern food we will go over to the USA or El-Mayor and Al- Sabeel in Windsor,,
