Back in Windsor after a few years abroad and went to Moxies to enjoy the beautiful weather on the patio. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed with the whole experience. The plates came dirty, they had some dried food stuck on. The food was just ok, nothing special. I had the tacos and broccoli soup and my mom the flatbread. The bean paste and the chickeb on my tacos seemed dry. Wish the whole experience was better, I’m sure I’ll be back since it’s a cool Windsor hangout.
Personally I have always had a good experience here. Their med bread appetizer has been a favourite of mine since they opened, so good! I also really enjoy their prosciutto sandwich on the menu..10/10! It’s a fun atmosphere in a convenient location at the mall, prices can be a bit high but overall I enjoy it here.
Another positive experience for mewant to let you know, that your Management and staff atMoxie’s Devon-shire Mall Windsor Ontario, have provided me excellent customer service once again at this location.I first would like to thank Jay and Caley your Managers for bringing in crown royal apple whiskey so that i can have my Apfel -Raddeln( pronounced: up-fill-rod-dillon)drink which consists of 1 or 2 shots of crown royal apple whiskey ,cranberry juice shaken not stirred over crushed ice in short tumbler glassSecondly your 2 Bartenders Mike(usually works Wednesday and Friday, days) and Sarah(usually works Monday and Tuesday, days) who hit it right on the mark when they made it. It tastes like a jolly rancher candy when made correctly and they did it without fail3rdly your Waitresses Elise(who serves mostly in the Bar Dinning area) and Cara who serves mostly in the family section. Even when I may not be in their section they never fail to say hi Ben or welcome me with a warm smile.It is the personability of these individuals that make me a regular customer.Im not sure if you have an employee reward program but if you do please consider the staff I have mentioned above.
