A hidden gem for tea lovers. Tucked in a residential area across from a school, MLTS is an oasis of tea in a city where coffee is king. Neatly arranged and ordered, this cosy shop has a wealth of blends to choose from- over 300 in fact. Blacks, greens, whites, botanicals, herbals, rooibos, you name it and Georgina likely has it. Or if not, she can make a special blend for you. Truly a tea aficionado, Georgina will educate you on all aspects of the making, drinking and enjoyment of tea. Not a tea house, it does not have a sit-down service, but she will cheerfully brew up a pot of your choice while you make the difficult choice of which ones to take home. After a pleasant visit, we decided on 3 teas, a black, an oolong and a mate. We left not only with some great teas but also with the knowledge that we can brew a better cup. Thank you MLTS you have gained 2 new customers!
