Excellent halibut
Best fish and chips in windsor. I have been going to Pat and Hank’s for as long as I can remember. Much better than Sir Cedrics’s- fries are better (I think the oil is better and changed more, and they are cooked perfectly), the halibut and chips is great, always cooked perfectly, good portions, and they have the best coleslaw. Ummm…I want to go there now.
