I thought being known for good pizza would mean you had good pizza. Turns out, there are exceptions to this.Although the bacon on the pizza was nicely smoky, it didn’t make up for the fact that the pizza was overwhelmed with mushrooms. How does mushroom overpower bacon you ask? I didn’t think that was possible either. Crust is tough and unevenly cooked. Perhaps if I had a cook who took some extra care, my experience would have been better.
