How is this rated so high?. It used to be cheap which is why people rated it well but now it’s the same price as everywhere else and the food is lower quality than the next door Steak ‘n Shawarma. The service is probably the worst I’ve ever encountered of any shawarma place in Windsor. I suggest going to Steak and Shawarma (right on the same block) as the guy behind the counter today told me to go there instead. Even their workers tell you to go elsewhere! Their hummus has always been bad (it always tastes expired) but I kept going back because they were the first shawarma place near the university and I wanted to stay loyal. There is really no point though in wasting your money here. Steak ‘n Shawarma does it better, more quantity with better service.
Great Shawarmas, great price!. When I moved to windsor I was looking for a nice place to eat often, and as time went on I stumbled across Shawarma Castle. Their Shawarmas are really good, especially compared to the nearby stores. Cheap as well, 3.99$ for a Shawarma, and 6 something for a combo with Potatoes and a drink. People working there are nice, just make sure you ask them for whatever sauces you want on the Shawarma before they put the chicken on. (Otherwise they forget sometimes).
