Last time, Spago’s didn’t come up to its usual standards. This time, it surpassed them. The usual ambience is still there, especially on a sunny day. It’s possible to imagine that you’re in a restaurant in Italy. The authentic Italian music was playing at a volume that doesn’t overwhelm. The waiting staff was top notch. They are eager to serve you and quick to correct any deficences or problems with the food. Our service couldn’t have been any better.
