Worst sushi and service in windsor!. Went to Tenka sushi on walker road for a nice dinner and clearly did not expect what happened. Ordered the all you can eat meal with my boyfriend and after the first bite was completely disgusted. As the rest came we decided to try it but just could not stomach anything.The California roll was gross. It tasted like bottom of the barrel crab and unwashed cucumber. The hand rolls were gross. I couldn’t even bring my self to eat any. My boyfriend had 2 bites and put them down. There was also a hair on my sesame chicken plate and the waiter had brought us dirty side plates. With the rule of having to pay for the left over food I was definitely not having that. The service was awful and after telling the server how we felt the manager came over, a female, and all she said was that’s fine you won’t have to pay for the extras, and walked away. Didn’t address any issues or anything. How unprofessional. I’m definitely not one to complain seeing as I am a server myself and so is my boyfriend but this was absolutely ridiculous. We ended up paying 50$ for a horrible experience accompanied by horrible food. We will never be back and advise that no one go here. So disappointed.
Decent Restaurant. Service lacks quite a bit, on quite a few nights I can only see one or two waitresses for the entire restaurant which makes you yearn for service here and there. The food is tasty and definitely quite good. The restaurant selection is not the greatest and for what their charging, they should be offering more, however with lack of competition in the area I can see why they do not have to.

Worst sushi place ever. I’ve been to plenty of all you can eat sushi places and this place was by far the worst . I went with my family and they took an hour to bring our food and when they did they didn’t bring what we ordered and they were serving people that just walked in while we have been there longer. My older sister and my mom were so pissed that my sister went to the manager to complain when we were paying our bill and they were trying to over charge us for food that we didnt even end up getting . We refused to pay it and the manager charge us less. My mom told the manager we are never coming to your restaurant ever again . Very pissed off …. Never going there again.
Very fresh good sushi, friendly service! We ordered a large family order of multiple items & our food came delivered promptly and accurately and was delicious. Please do not let the staff’s having English as a second language stop you from trying this restaurant. I’ve eaten sushi good and bad in cities all over north America & Tenko is good quality at a fair price. They also sent generous quantities of condiments with our order & the delivery man was very polite & nice.
All-You-Can-Eat is the best.
Tenko is amazing! It’s sister business is Hoi sushi, but unlike Hoi the customer service at Tenko is equally as exceptional as the food! Sam and Lucy are the two main workers, and they are awesome. Definetly try the beef short ribs and the spicy salmon roll!
