Worst restaurant in Windsor…absolutely horrible service. Waited 20 mins to be acknowledged and get drinks, server looked like she hated us and her life. Unfriendly servers walking around at a slow pace not acknowledging us. Lobster club and salmon burger were not worth what they charged. Salmon burger was extremely dry. Manager offered to buy us drinks but no percentage off our horrible meals or service. When waiting for our complimentary drinks …sat for about 9 minutes so we decided to leave. All in all the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my life.
The City Grilled Us. Server seemed annoyed with us right off the hop.Overheard the specials at another table but not ours. The $20 burger should have cost $8. Sure the place looks great but the service and food were terrible. Oh well burned a Groupon…
I’ve never had such bad service in my life! We waited two hours for our meal and another 45 minutes for our bill. They had to ask us what we ordered three times! The table next to us got their meals twenty minutes after they sat down and had duck after one of the girls at our table had ordered it and was told that they were all out of the duck. At the end of it all we were told that we were cheap and to take our business elsewhere. There about 15 of us out that night and probably spend at least a hundred dollars each with 18% gratuity! They probably made at least $1800 off us. I’m discussed at the way we were treated and I hope that you decide not to give them your business.
Never again. Went for a dinner with friends. Service was not the best from the begining, they were trying but felt tense. Ordered food, dish came different then what described in the menu, returned it due to alergies. Ordered different dish, came without any condiments with explanation that they use same for everything regardless of the menu. Food was tasteless and cold. Very expensive. Next time BK and MD when I crave junk.
The food is good but way overpriced. Used a groupon and could not believe how much more we had to pay. I was not impressed with the management. I will not go back.
If you like service with a bad attitude, substandard food, and overpriced Merlot, you are right at this restaurant.
Cool Place. Awesome decor. Menu is well executed. Prices reasonable. Cool place. Best I have found in Windsor.
