Soggy fish and chips Great Prime Rib. I used to love this place and my wife still loves the Prime Rib. Last 2 times I went there I got the fish and chips. Fish batter was soggy and fell off the fish, fries were limp and soggy too. Not sure if the have a new cook but it wasn’t good. Fish and chips used to be fantastic, crispy batter and fries.Clam chowder is fantastic. Service is excellent, very professional.The horseradish is the best on earth !!
Disappointed but….. Went to murder mystery and had the prime rib. My wife and I were both disappointed in the in prim rib. It was over cooked and not uP to their usual standards. I will give them a pass because of the number of diners at the murder mystery. Our past experience has been excellent and we will frequent again, just not a murder mystery.
I love this restaurant. The service is amazing, Steph is always a great waitress(the others are awesome as well). We try to get there once a month or more. The prime rib is my favorite. My wife likes the cannaloni( pardon me if I spelt that wrong). Reasonable prices for the amount and quality of food you order. Both sides of restaurant are nice. We usually stay on the pub side. Cold beer and always a good time. Free wings on Friday around 5-6pm. We love it. A definite place to go. Good work guys.
The Innsville-Great! – (except…..). The food is excellent and the servers are always most attentive to our needs.The prices are fair and the setting is very relaxing. We never feel rushed. However, on a few occasions there have been slip-ups in following through on reservations (which we always make). Twice, when we arrived, our reservations had not been noted on your records. The last time we had reserved the cozy corner just to the right upon entering the dining room. Upon arriving (on time) the server apologized saying that it had been given to another couple. We have requested the same table for this Saturday, March 9 at 7:30 p.m.
Service With a Smile. Arrived at The Innsville for the first time with my wife, two children and my brother in law. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. Our waitress kidded around with our children and bent over backwards to make them feel at home. The owner, whom we had never met came over to our table and did the same. He told our children about his delicious ice cream and that they could have some only if they ate all their lunch. A couple of things really stand out. First, one of our appetizers was the stuffed banana peppers served on toast. I love these peppers. They are all over Western NY and I have finally found a Canadian restaurant that serves them. Second, my wife had the Reuben and I had the Cubano. I have never seen a Cubano on any menu in the area, but with it’s ham and Swiss on pork loin and pickles, it was great! The Reuben is also fantastic! We found out the owner Bob is from Buffalo, which explains some of the menu selections. We also had calamari, very good and the children had fish and chips and chicken fingers which they enjoyed a great deal. The pies are made in house and the Key Lime pie was delicious. As promised Buffalo Bob treated the children to ice cream. I will be by passing the other restaurant down the street to get back for that Cubano. Thanks Innsville for the great service and delicious food!
Had a couple of the appetizers to share and they were soooo good! the calamari wasnt that good but the oysters were amazing. Service was good, told us dessert was microwaved which someone should never say but it was still good!
Great!. First time i ate here, a friend of mine recomended this place it was amazing, great service, great food, awesome location and inside very rare ! will def eat again!
