I got it delivered for a group and they were right on time. Got the combination platter. Good price and it tasted delicious. Absolutely loved it. The portion was quite a lot bigger and fuller then I was expecting. Only problem I had was ordering. Lots of miscommunication and the woman taking the order was unsure about subbing rice for noodles etc. Really great food especially their general chicken.

Horrible. This is the first time I’ve ever provided a review for a restaurant, and the reason I’m doing so is because this was absolutely the worst takeout I’ve ever had. I ordered $40 worth of food, the noodles were boiled, not stir fried, and so overcooked that they broke into tiny pieces if you tried to pick them up. I ordered spring rolls, but got egg rolls instead, and the Chicken with broccoli was just as bad, the broccoli was overcooked and the chicken did not taste fresh. The entire meal, with the exception of the chicken balls (because that was all my kids could eat) went into the garbage. I will never order food from here again.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We went for a family party and ordered a ton of food, including the chow mein and the beef with broccoli. The staff was incredibly kind and accomodating. The food, especially the ones that would normally be greasy (fried foods) had no hints of grease or oil, yet still had that amazing fried taste. The food was incredibly fast and fresh. PERFECT!!! would recommend to anybody. Would give a 110%. Every time we have been there it has been the same expeirence. Constantly exceeding our expectations.
Best Take Out. We celebrate 7 birthdays in our family and each time it’s our special treat to get take out from Choice of The Orient….they have a great selection so there’s something for everyone, and it’s consistently good & always hot!! Great staff, they are friendly and appreciate the business. If you want great tasting food, this is the place to go! Our favourites are Lemon Chicken, ginger chicken (this one is everyone’s fav), chicken and Black bean sauce and others. For the veggie lovers we always make sure we get the chinese Broccoli which is fresh, even a bit crunchy so it’s never overcooked, and very tasty. it’s been well over 10 years now and we’re happy each time!! I honestly would have to disagree with George since I’ve had the lemon chicken numerous times and it’s made from a fillet of chicken breast.. so never had I ever seen bones in this dish. As well as for the sweet and sour pork, I’ve had it very saucy before but they do allow you the option to have the sauce on the side for many of the dishes including the noodles so they don’t get soggy. To add onto that, I feel like the food selections here are ENDLESS.. They are also quite flexible with what kind of sauce you might want to substitute in a dish and to me it seems like they offer to a healthier alternative than most Chinese restaurants I’ve been to. Overall, love the food and friendly service!
