Customer service sucks!. Theres a rude waitress who doesnt even look you in the eye when you are talking to her. that is very rude. she doesnt even care about what we asked for like napkins or chopsticks, shes the one with round face and updo hair style. food is good but customer service sucks bigtime
Food is good but the service sucks the big one!! came in for lunch at 3pm only to be told that lunch last call is 3:15pm and that if we where to have the lunch we would not get the all you can eat which makes no sense because the menu is the same. And the waitress extremely rude when we asked why thay had that rule set up. Speaking a different language and storming away from a customer is not professional at all!!!!
I have gone to this restaurant multiple times for lunch and dinner. The price is decent and the food is great. The only problem is the customer service. Many times they forget what was ordered and the food takes too long to arrive. Sometimes they forget to bring you what you ordered which. If you are patient, however, the food is worth waiting for. I would give the food a 5/5 but customer service a 1/5.
The food was okay not great. The service was not amazing.I had to wait a long time before the food finally came. I think they have a lot to improve on. Overall I had a very lousy time and I do not think I will be coming back.
Good food bad service. I ate here randomly on a summer day. The food was really good and the price was reasonable. However, service was absolutely terrible. I would choose this place in Vaughan over Makimono any day.
WORST SUSHI PLACE WORST SERVICE!. Not only was the waitress rude and demanding my sister and I to order our food immediately, the food and sushi were complete and utterly disgusting. You could not pay me to return to such a nasty restaurant. one of the worst restaurant food i ate in my life. I regret not choosing mcdonalds
