Bad Service. I have been here 3 times now. The food is great, however the service is awful. Would it kill to be a bit friendly and to get my order correct??
Good food…bad take out. Have eaten there for years and have always loved the food but just be weary of take out. Lately my husband and I prefer to order take out and just eat at home. They have messed up my take out order almost every single time. Very upsetting when I have to go back to get what they forgot to put in my bag. I have had them deliver the missed items to me since it happens so often. They are always so apologetic but they still manage to forget something on my next order.
Mehhh. Went there for lunch with a client, who recommended the place since it was near his office. We both ordered the pizza, since we saw the wood burning oven. Pizzas were large, I thought they would be typical single sized pizzas, and the crust was pretty good – nice chew to it. I did have issue with the ingredients (I ordered the Boscaiola and my client ordered the Calabrese) – they went really skimpy on the toppings – I only had 6 small pieces of pepperoni (I counted!) and even less green pepper and mushrooms! Service was okay – only 1 waiter working 12 tables, we had to keep flagging him down for drinks and our bill. Not sure if I would recommend to any friends – perhaps the pastas are better?
New Years Dinner. We just had a nice dinner, Service was great, the buffet options was very small but ok. The biggest turn off was the automatic 18% gratuity added to your bill. They lost our business for good…. what a shame they used to be one of the best in Woodbridge.Happy New Year
Yearly group gathering. Went with two other couples and the service was good and there was only one waitress most of the time. She was very accommodating we are asked to make changes to our dishes. However they had run out of a lot of their desserst. Food was great.
Great Place. Been there 4 times, and its been great every time. If it was such a bad place, why is it always full? Food is great, people are friendly. Don’t judge till you’ve tried.we will keep going back.
