We were surprised to see that it’s no longer pizza al metro but rather mastroroberto. The place looks great but similar to other reviews the service was poor. The waitress gave us so much attitude and was very lazy. I had to ask for bread and SHE only brought one basket for 10 people? Food wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t go back
Rude, Poor Service. Although the food is good at Pizza al Metro, the sevice is terribly rude. Polite waiters without anger problems who lash out at customers need to be hired. I experienced this first-hand a few times there, but have decided to let others know how unappreciated one feels as a customer after my last visit. It was difficult to enjoy my food with such rude, arrongant, dismissive attitude from the the service staff.
We go for Pizza at Metro for Mothers Day with reservations. Surprise! nobody told us but they have $45 set menuComplained and got nowhere with the managerI guess at the place the customer is NOT always right.Other. Custtomets were also complaining about the same thing

RUDE!. From the owner to the waiters, they make you feel like they are paying YOU & not the other way around! The food is good but the service is bad, they all carry an air about them like you are bothering them by asking for a coffee! Save your money & go elsewhere
Excellent Food. I was at Pizza Al Metro on Friday night with my cousins. We waited for a long time for our pizza. I finally asked to speak with the manager. He was great…he apologized for the delay and provided us with after dinner liquors. Not only that but he also sent over dessert to our table and didn’t charge us for the coffees we had. I feel the manager went beyond rectifying the situation of the evening and because of this I would definitely go back. Says alot about the service they have and how they want to please their customers. When the pizza finally did come, it was delicious.
