At the crossroads is the best a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing lovely atmosphere amazing food and the nicest stqff ever. The food is unbelievable and so so so good. Value for the money spent is well above most restaurants and this special restaurant is our most favourite worth the drive to get there and a place we go to over and over just love this place. Lots of room to feel comfortable very refreshing to see a business that cares about their customers and easy to see this in the way their staff does all they can to make your visit with them a pleasant experience. Crossroads is the greatest place we go to eat thanks to all Julie, Anton, Chloe, Laura and all of you thanks Jim and Holly
Best Kind. The lunch buffet is by far the best deal at 13.95, the food is nothing fancy but good quality and diverse. There are no artificial ingredients and the deserts are to be desired, so many varieties of pie! I would definitely have to say it is the best buffet in Waterloo region 100%!

Gluten Free. I’ve only been to Crossroads once for I live I in the Durham area. But what impressed me the most was the gluten free items. The gluten free items were clearly labelled on the buffet. As well, there is gf bread if you ask for it. But the best part? GF PIE!!! I ate 2 pieces I was soooo happy!
Always enjoy our visits to this Elmira Ontario Restaurant. Food best described as basic comfort , complemented by a diverse salad bar , selection of bread and rolls , A dessert selection of squares , pies , cobblers , ice cream to finish any meal . This a fine option for family and unpretentious . A comfortable family atmosphere
I love this place! Its always a treat. The atmosphere feels like home…the wait staff are very nice…my favorite part is there desserts.. ever pie you can imagine. I would recommend it for sure!
Shows people will eat anything. First off there was a lot of old people with walkers, The place is big and well kept. Prices were good. Hard to say anything about service, it was prompt, polite. Not very personal.. Food… overcooked and lacked flavor. Deserts were a mess. Lots to choose from, but not set up very good..People were making it a mess with the self serving..The place has become a food machine… come in the door …eat… get out… so next group can come in… and the staff do not like there jobs… sad
