It has been a while since I have eaten here. I went with a group of 8 and had a table within 30 minutes. I wasn’t as impressed as I was the last time I ate here. The kitchen was slow which the server told us and apologized for when she came around once in a while. The food portions are huge so ordering a big style breakfast is worth the price. It may have been an off day for the restaurant…I will return though.
Literally arrived at 2:01 pm. I asked for breakfast menu. Host told me they stop serving breakfast at 2:00 pm. I asked the host to reconsider. They chose not to and gave me and my guest the lunch/dinner menu. We reluctantly stayed. I ordered a burger and my guest ordered roast beef au jus. Even tho the restaurant was 25% full, the food did not arrive in a timely matter. While we were waiting for our food, I saw a staff member using a carpet sweeper. I asked them to clean the mess at my feet from the previous party at our table. They told me they would clean up after we left?? Somehow our fries came already cold. My burger was dry and overcooked. Very disappointed. Finally, when we wanted to pay, the machine. Our wait staff told they would get another machine. After waiting what had to be 15 minutes, we went to the front desk, and were told at that point that we had to pay there. Overall, just a very unpleasant experience. Sad, because we had heard mostly positive things. I wish I had a better time.
Wonderful food! Great prices and a nice atmosphere with lots of booths for seating. This is is my #1 brunch restaurant. I’ve personally never had a problem there.
