Bad, just bad. I kept giving them a try because they’re right across the street, but every dish of theirs that I had(chicken balls, fried chicken, plain rice, chicken fried rice, fried shrimp, shrimp fried rice) was terrible. I’ve eaten at dozens of chinese restaurants and certain menu items taste the same wherever you go. This place is doing their own thing, putting their own sloppy spin on Americanized Chinese food. Do not want.EDIT: BTW, I initially tried this place based on the reviews at this website; I felt misled and so put up an account of my own experiences.
Great Take Out Food. I have had their food since i was a kid growing up in that neighborhood (one street down) and it tasted wonderful. Even after all these years i still go there every so often to get my childhood favorite foods. I’ve been to different Chinese restaurants in the area but i still always go back for their Take out.

What I like to come home to!. For over a decade, my family has been ordering from this local place. They know my dad by name! I now live in Europe but always plan a night for takeout when I return to Toronto. The Cantonese Chow Mein is my favourite – must have! Other family favourites: spring rolls, beef and broccoli, shrimp and lobster sauce, and – of course – their generous handfuls of fortune cookies.
Awful. I ordered general tso chicked, mixed veg, egg rolls, wontons and bbq pork fried rice.i asked for the chicken to not be spicy and it was so hot my family could not eat it, the rice and veg we’re so bland and the egg rolls we’re very overcooked as well as the wontons. I called them back and the owner told me i was wrong. My family and I threw it out and ate Campbell’s soup instead. Will never order from this restaurant again.
