5 dollars for a small Jerk meal which include 1 price of chicken, rice and beans and coleslaw. Everything was good but nothing to write home about. Definitely lacking seating so it’s more of a takeout spot.
Spend Your $ Someplace Else. Went there and they no longer had any jerk chicken left. Keep in mind this was about 2hrs before closing!Another time I had BBQ chicken which really wasn’t that flavourful. Every time I go I feel like I am not able to get what I want. Also the customer service was terrible. I agree with the other commenter that it felt like I was bothering her when I ordered my food. Think I’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
Terrible Service Mediocre Food. I live near Mainsha and have been there a few different times and the only thing consistent is the terrible service! Whenever I go there the people working seem like you are bothering them when you are ordering food. They are not friendly and seem irritated. Now the food..Not Good! I am Jamaican and have eaten and MANY Jamaican restaurants from Toronto, to NY to Jamaica and this is one of the worst. They need to step their game up and cook better food. Also, stop running out of food, or I should say cook enough food; Everytime I have been there they have never had food I wanted and i was forced to order something that i didnt really want. Overall not a good place to get caribbean food, dont believe the hype and dont waste your time.
Been there a half a dozen times and it’s always a line up out the door but doesn’t take long to get served and worth the wait… Good food and workers… I give them and there food props!!!!
Tried it for the first time today. For a non descript take out it will be sure to please the taste buds. Great food 5 out of five
