Good food. Interesting butcher shop / deli shop as part of it. Nice people. Could have done without the 10 minutes of trying to figure out everyones bill because giving us separate checks just could not be done like we were stupid for asking. Id still go back but not in a group because of that.
a great new place by Gabriele Paganelli. the porchetta is fantastic, the new cotechino recipe is the same as the one my father made back in Italy. He is always a very pleasant person and more restauranteurs should learn from this humble man. the atmosphere may seem a little cold but it is a gastronomia as you would find in a little Italian town. I suggest to try their meets, home make prosciutto, cinghiale, and much much more.
