Burgers, Souvlaki, and Falafels. The Flame has fantastic burgers and if you’re in the mood for one and are around the area, I definitely recommend swinging by there and picking one up. They are typically generous with their portion size. I would definitely also recommend their souvlaki dinner, as well as their falafels and if you’re in need of comfort food I would without a doubt chow down on a poutine from there! (DO NOT order a large size because I guarantee you will not finish it!) The staff are definitely friendly and I personally like the atmosphere. I do think the look of the restaurant is a little out dated but overall I would give The Flame 5 stars for their food!
This place has been around forever use to eat there when i was younger and I always remembered the food being so good and cheap. I recently went for breakfast and ordered an omelet (mushroom and cheese) and a side of ham! The ham was awesome cooked well, they gave me about 4 halves which i think was a big serving but as soon as I took one bite of my omelet I was disgusted! The only good part about it was the egg which i could not eat because it was smothered in processed cheese! The cheese was the processed sliced cheese and the mushrooms were not fresh they tasted like caned mushrooms! I’m sorry but that is gross I’ve never been to a restaurant that used slice cheese on anything but a grilled cheese maybe! And canned vegetables? You might as well not serve any! I may go back for dinner but I will never go there for breakfast again!

This place is outstanding. The burgers are soo good with toppings just how you like it made right before your eyes. The fries are good too nut it is a bit expensive but verrrry worth it!
