I had a conference at this hotel. I did not sleep but I ate in the conference room. The staff was very friendly. The owner came to greet me and shook my hand which was a nice gesture.
Located in the center of Chicoutimi, that is the old and nice part of chicoutimi. The rooms are very nice, personel very friendly and helpful. Inside, I had the impression of an old colonial hotel (while outside it was -25 degrees 😉
